This past weekend we had the privilege of hosting the 2026 McCormick Club Championship, one of the most meaningful traditions at the club.
The championship is named in honor of Dr. Byron McCormick (1933–1998), a longtime member who loved golf, loved the club, and most importantly, loved people.
Dr. McCormick was known for his generous and caring heart, always checking in on his patients and often traveling overseas to volunteer his medical expertise in areas of need. His legacy continues to inspire the spirit of community that makes this event so special each year.

Chef Tyson and his kitchen staff prepared incredible food throughout the event, while Chelsea and her front-of-house team delivered outstanding service. A special thank you as well to Jeff and the maintenance staff for having the golf course in phenomenal condition all weekend long.
